Responsibilities:

Inspect Guest Rooms:

Thoroughly inspect guest rooms post-cleaning to ensure all HHS cleaning standards are met.

Provide Training:

Provide training for team members as needed to deliver quality service.

Monitor Appearance:

Regularly assess the appearance and quality of rooms, carts, equipment, and supplies.

Follow Procedures:

Follow all HHS cleaning procedures and best practices.

Provide Excellent Service:

Foster a welcoming atmosphere through friendly and compassionate service to all guests.

Teamwork and Collaboration:

Work closely with team members to ensure efficient operations and outstanding guest experiences.

Physical Requirements Mobility:

Chemical Handling:

Must handle cleaning chemicals, including bleach, wax, and disinfectants.

Equipment Operation:

Proficient in operating equipment necessary for essential job functions.
