Housekeeping Inspector - Quality Assurance at OPM

Housekeeping Inspector / Property Quality Control Opulent Property Management is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Inspector to help ensure our luxury vacation rental properties are fully guest-ready before each arrival. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high standards, has a strong eye for detail, and can help maintain the level of cleanliness, presentation, and readiness expected in luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities may include:

Inspecting homes after housekeeping is completed Ensuring each property is clean, organized, stocked, and show-ready before guest arrival Checking linens, towels, supplies, amenities, and household inventory Identifying and reporting maintenance issues, damages, missing items, or quality concerns Communicating with housekeeping teams, vendors, maintenance staff, and management Helping coordinate last-minute touch-ups, restocking, or corrections when needed Ensuring each home meets company standards before guests check in Ideal candidate: Has strong attention to detail Is dependable, honest, and professional Can communicate clearly and respectfully with staff and vendors Is organized and able to follow checklists and procedures Can work independently and solve problems quickly Has a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Is flexible and available during busy turnover days, weekends, and holidays Vacation rental, housekeeping, hospitality, or property management experience is preferred but not required for the right person. This is a hands-on position for someone who understands that small details make a big difference in creating a luxury guest experience.
