Duties Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing with care. Perform floor care tasks such as mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to uphold cleanliness standards throughout the hotel. Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms to enhance comfort and convenience. Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest satisfaction. Follow health and safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues. Assist with general janitorial tasks around the hotel premises as needed, supporting overall cleanliness initiatives. Qualifications Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning equipment. Experience with laundry operations within a hospitality or janitorial setting. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and customer service principles is a plus. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks effectively.
