Housekeeping Room Attendants

The new Hilton Spark in Chincoteague, Virginia is seeking associates to join our team as housekeeping room attendants. Full & part time positions are available as well as seasonal summer positions. If you are a people person, honest and with a great personality come talk with us. The hotel has completed a full renovation and conversion and we are looking for individuals that can deliver exceptional guest service. Apply in person at front desk

Duties:

• Clean and tidy all areas of the hotel including guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock guest room amenities
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors
• Dust and sanitize furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality or custodial services is preferred
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and techniques
• Familiarity with floor care methods including vacuuming and mopping
• Understanding of housekeeping management practices in a hotel setting
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in hotel housekeeping
