Duties Lead and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning, maintenance, and overall presentation of guest rooms, suites, and public spaces Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to meet quality standards and operational goals Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to uphold cleanliness, safety, and hygiene protocols Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and customer service expectations Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to maintain smooth operations Address guest requests or concerns promptly with professionalism and a positive attitude Enforce health and safety regulations consistently across the housekeeping department Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping management within a hotel or hospitality environment Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, industrial cleaning, and janitorial practices Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team Familiarity with hospitality standards and guest service excellence Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and time management Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with staff and other departments Join us in creating memorable stays by leading a dedicated housekeeping team committed to cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction.
