Housekeeping Supervisor

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor with to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of public areas within the hotel in the evenings. Your commitment to exceptional service and attention to detail will contribute significantly to our guests' experience, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable during their stay. This is a 5 day a week position.. 2 days off depend on business levels. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining areas. Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Utilize industrial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively while adhering to safety protocols. Monitor and replenish supplies in public restrooms and common areas as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisors. Uphold high standards of cleanliness in accordance with hotel policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping is preferred. Familiarity with custodial practices and industrial cleaning techniques is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering excellent service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
