Housekeeping Supervisor

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeping Supervisor and lead the charge in delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort across our property. In this energetic role, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, motivate and guide your team, and ensure that every guest experiences a pristine, welcoming environment. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency, creating a positive atmosphere for both guests and staff alike. Duties Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards Develop and implement cleaning schedules, checklists, and quality control procedures to maintain consistency Train new team members on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and hospitality best practices Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold cleanliness standards Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and ordering to ensure smooth operations Address guest requests or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive guest experience at all times Enforce safety regulations related to janitorial equipment, floor care machinery, and industrial cleaning processes Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles within a hospitality or hotel environment Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, polishing, stripping and waxing floors Excellent leadership skills with experience managing housekeeping teams or housekeeper management Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and safety procedures Ability to train staff effectively on cleaning standards and safety protocols Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Passion for hospitality with a focus on creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments for guests Join us in elevating the guest experience through meticulous cleanliness and outstanding leadership.
