• This is NOT a remote position DTS is hiring for a Paralegal .

We specialize in Real Estate Tax Foreclosures. Basic Real Estate knowledge is required. (ie Real Estate Closing experience, Real estate title experience, Probate experience, etc.) Tasks include but are not limited to: Examining title reports, performing online research, and using proprietary procedures to execute due process for tax foreclosure process. Candidate must be detail oriented, self motivated, and pass a criminal background check. Great work atmosphere with a team mentality. Competitive salary, bonuses, 401K match, and 6 weeks vacation after probation period. Paralegal Certificate/Degree not required, but encouraged. Paralegal Certificate will be required within one year of employment.
