Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and supplies Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal Restock supplies such as linens, toiletries, and amenities to ensure guest needs are met promptly Assist with furniture moving, setting up event spaces, or other light maintenance tasks as needed Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to ensure a secure environment for yourself and others Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to management for quick resolution Support the overall cleanliness of the property by performing janitorial and custodial duties in common areas Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred Familiarity with cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning and floor care is advantageous Experience in hospitality environments demonstrates an understanding of guest service standards Knowledge of janitorial equipment and cleaning supplies ensures efficient work practices Housekeeping management experience is a plus for those interested in supervisory responsibilities Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings is essential Join us to deliver exceptional cleanliness and comfort that elevates the guest experience!
