This is a working supervisory position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the HCV Program while also maintaining an assigned caseload. Work is performed in conformance with applicable regulations, statutes, and housing authority policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will preferably have several years in HCV program administration, prior supervisory or lead experience, and LIHTC experience. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation. A college degree in public administration, social sciences, or business is desirable. Bilingual individuals preferred. Full-time salaried position whereby salary is commensurate with experience.
