You'll earn a competitive hourly wage between $18 and $26 , depending on your experience and skillset. ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?

You'll work a steady schedule of 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with on-call availability for emergency situations when needed. Throughout your week, you'll stay busy resolving resident work orders, partnering with the property manager to keep an eye on property conditions, and working alongside vendors to complete larger improvement projects that keep everything running smoothly. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit! Residential maintenance or facilities experience Knowledge of mechanical repairs, welding, electrical systems, and plumbing An understanding of fair housing is a plus!
