Houskeeper

The Housekeeper maintains a clean, comfortable environment for all residents. This includes cleanliness of individual rooms, corridors, common rooms and all bathing facilities.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Cleans all residents rooms, dry mops, wet mops, and dust. Washes sinks, toilets, and commodes in resident rooms and wipes tiles as needed. Washes floors daily. Provides paper supplies for resident rooms and empties waste baskets daily. Cleans and keeps orderly the building corridors, activity rooms, sitting rooms, resident rooms and offices. Keeps closets stocked with necessary supplies. Maintains and abides by safety measures pertaining to housekeeping and laundry. On assigned days, responsible for some laundering duties. Properly stores all housekeeping equipment in its designated place. Proper storage implies cleaning it and keeping it in good repair.
