Based on experience Adecco is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Human Resource Administrative Professional to support a variety of HR projects and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have HR Administration experience (or higher-level HR experience), strongputer skills, and the flexibility to adjust between part-time and full-time hours based on workload demands. This is an onsite position working weekday daytime hours. Responsibilities Provide administrative support for HR projects and daily HR operations Confidentially maintain employee records and documentation Assist with onboarding, data entry, and reporting Prepare HR-related documents, spreadsheets, and presentations Communicate professionally with employees and management Support scheduling, tracking, and coordination of HR activities Perform additional administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Previous HR Administration experience required (higher-level HR experience weed) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellentanizational andmunication skills Strong attention to detail and confidentiality Flexible availability to amodate changing workload needs Work Environment Onsite position in a manufacturing facility Monday-Friday daytime hours Part-time to full-time scheduling based on business needs Compensation Pay will be determined based on experience and qualifications. Pay Details:
