About the role We're looking for a motivated HR Assistant to support our sales and corporate department's onboarding experience. This is a project-based, part-time role with two distinct focus areas: reimagining the new-hire journey through gamification, and improving navigation within our HRIS platform, Dayforce. You'll work closely with our HR team to leave a lasting impact on how we bring new employees into the organization. Project 1 — Gamified Onboarding Design and build an engaging, game-inspired onboarding experience for new sales agents. Think progress tracking, milestone badges, leaderboards, and interactive learning checkpoints that make Day 1 feel exciting rather than overwhelming. Project 2 — Dayforce Navigation Audit and improve how new hires navigate Dayforce during onboarding. Identify friction points, create guided walkthroughs or job aids, and recommend structural improvements to streamline the HRIS experience from day one. What you'll bring Experience in related administrative support role Familiarity with HRIS systems (Dayforce experience a plus) Creative mindset — interest in UX, instructional design, or gamification concepts Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams Comfortable working independently and collaborating cross-functionally
