At Aegis Group-home of County Rescue Services and EAGLE III-we are dedicated to protecting and enhancing the health and safety of our community through innovative EMS and air medical services. Our team thrives on collaboration, adaptability, and a shared commitment to excellence in emergency care. Aegis Group is seeking a Human Resources & Benefits Generalist to support our EMS and air medical teams based in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This role plays an important part in supporting employees and leadership through HR programs, benefits administration, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Administer HR programs, policies, and employee records
• Coordinate employee benefits administration and leave programs
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
• Assist with employee training, engagement, and workforce development initiatives
• Maintain HR systems and analyze workforce data to support leadership decisions
• Partner with leadership to improve HR processes and support a positive workplace culture Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
