About The Job:

Support end‑to‑end onboarding for new hires, including I‑9s, security briefings, and mentor program logistics Partner with managers on HR fundamentals, labor law compliance, timekeeping, and leave administration Assist with recruitment processes and ensure position descriptions are audit‑ready and inclusive Maintain accurate, organized, and audit‑ready digital HR systems Support compliance with applicable labor laws and government contracting requirements Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions, benefits support, and day‑to‑day HR needs Utilize AI tools to support communications, resume triage, and process improvements while maintaining a human touch

About You:

5+ years of hands‑on HR experience; government contracting or manufacturing experience strongly preferred Proven experience standardizing HR processes and supporting compliance for growing organizations Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex processes clearly and empathetically Comfortable using technology, including HR systems and AI tools, to improve efficiency SHRM certification preferred Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative with a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves mindset
