About Us:
Badoni Behavioral Services LLC is a mission-driven provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for individuals with autism and developmental delays. We are committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care across multiple locations in California. We're expanding and seeking an HR Personnel to support our growing team and help maintain a positive, compliant, and efficient work environment.
Job Summary:
The HR Personnel will support a variety of human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee records management, and employee relations. This role plays a key part in ensuring Badoni Behavioral Services maintains a high-performing team while upholding our values of professionalism, ethics, and respect for diversity.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process for ABA therapists, BCBAs, office staff, and other clinical roles Post jobs on Indeed and other platforms; screen applicants and schedule interviews Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires, including Livescan, TB clearance, CPR certification, and E-Verify documentation Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, credentials, and compliance documentation (HIPAA, BACB, Medi-Cal, etc.) Track expirations for certifications and licenses and send timely reminders Process employee status changes, terminations, and related documentation Ensure compliance with labor laws, ABA industry standards, and company policies Address basic employee inquiries related to HR procedures, benefits, time-off policies, and payroll issues Support employee engagement and retention initiatives, including performance tracking and feedback Collaborate with clinical leadership and billing staff on staffing schedules and credentialing support Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or ABA setting Familiarity with California labor laws, healthcare compliance, and ABA credentialing requirements is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with
HRIS/ATS
systems preferred Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) is a plus but not required

$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
