HR Manager (Bilingual)

A growing organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to support daily HR operations in a fast-paced environment. This role will assist with employee relations, onboarding, recruiting, benefits administration, compliance, and overall HR support functions.

Responsibilities:

Support employee relations and HR-related inquiries Assist with onboarding and new hire processes Maintain employee records and HR documentation Coordinate recruiting and applicant tracking activities Support benefits administration and leave management Assist with workers' compensation and HR compliance processes Partner with management on HR initiatives and operational support

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required Bilingual Spanish/English required Previous Human Resources experience required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage confidential information Experience with onboarding, recruiting, benefits, or employee relations preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems is a plus
