Job Description:
Jefferson Healthcare is excited to offer an opportunity for a full-time Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Analys t in the picturesque town of Port Townsend, Washington. In this role, you will lead the administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the hospital's HRIS (Infor), ensuring the integrity and accuracy of employee data while driving efficient workflows and reliable reporting. You'll play a critical role in supporting HR operations-including payroll, benefits, recruiting, and labor relations-through a well-managed and compliant system. As the primary point of contact and system expert, you'll collaborate closely with HR staff, payroll, IT, and external vendors to meet operational needs and champion continuous improvement across the organization.
