Job Description

Position Summary As the HubSpot Administrator for Miskelly Furniture, you will be responsible for organizing, optimizing, and managing the HubSpot CRM to meet our business needs. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to implement and support the HubSpot CRM system, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. You will manage system access, handle data integrity, and troubleshoot issues to optimize customer interactions across marketing campaigns, sales processes, and customer care touchpoints. A key focus will be on continually improving the customer journey, leveraging data to provide personalized and effective communication at every stage. Demonstrate the Miskelly Core Values by doing the right thing, being a humble servant, succeed together, win our customer's heart, and eliminate complexity Manage user roles, system access, and other CRM administrative tasks in HubSpot Act as the frontline resource for internal users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems quickly Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, IT, and Customer Care, to define, prioritize, and implement processes that enhance the overall customer experience Support integrations between HubSpot and other business systems as part of the broader tech stack Monitor system performance, ensure data integrity, and make continuous improvements to enhance customer engagement Develop and maintain process documentation and workflow management, with a focus on scalable, customer-centric solutions Oversee data integrity within HubSpot through import management, data auditing, cleanup, and deduplication Generate reports and dashboards to track the performance of marketing digital campaigns and sales processes, providing insights to optimize the customer journey Analyze data from campaigns, sales funnels, and customer feedback, collaborating with teams to improve strategies and deliver a cohesive customer experience Support Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care teams in developing CRM-driven initiatives that increase customer satisfaction and loyalty Provide data reporting as requested and assist in managing dashboards and reports for various teams Assist in user training, new hire onboarding, and ongoing support for CRM functionalities Other duties as assigned Education/Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of one (1) year of applicable experience with a customer relationship management system (CRM), sales forecasting tools, and sales data analysis is required. Experience in Marketing Automation and CRM Administration is preferred. Experience in the retail industry is preferred. Knowledge/Skills/Ability Must have a working knowledge in a CRM system, preferably within a high-growth environment. Must have proven ability to collaborate and support Sales, Marketing, IT, and Customer Care teams in implementing CRM solutions that improve the customer experience. Must possess strong data management and organizational skills with attention to detail. Must have the ability to optimize processes, create reports, and manage CRM dashboards. Must have the ability to analyze and report the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, sales funnels, and customer care initiatives to improve customer satisfaction. Must possess excellent communication skills and a high level of self-motivation. Must be dependable and demonstrate a proactive attitude in identifying and resolving issues. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting Regular use of a computer for viewing screen(s), typing, clicking, and navigating with a mouse Regular phone use to communicate with team members, customers, vendors, or other Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally Occasional periods of walking and standing throughout the day
