Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a HCM Business Consultant located in Irvine and Burbank, CA. The Business Consultant will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while delivering consultative HR and business solutions to clients. In this role, you will execute aggressive prospecting strategies to engage key decision-makers, build a strong pipeline, and manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach through closing and post-sale implementation. Key responsibilities include selling our HCM software and Solutions generating leads through networking, cold outreach, and channel partnerships; conducting discovery to understand client needs; presenting tailored HR, payroll, and workforce solutions; negotiating pricing and services; and finalizing client agreements. You will also collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding and ensure a smooth client experience post-sale. Success in this role requires a high-energy, results-driven approach, strong pipeline management, and the ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets. Qualifications Experience in consulting and management consulting, with demonstrated ability to develop and implement solutions tailored to client needs Must have the ability to define problems, collect and interpret data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to perform key responsibilities Ability to represent and display a professional style, pride and adhere to corporate policies and procedures. Perform with sound business ethics and a high standard of performance while pursuing established goals Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and privacy in all aspects of the role Flexibility to adjust strategies based on market changes and business needs Strong ability to work cross functionally with other departments Commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs Must be a hunter Effective communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information clearly and collaborate with diverse stakeholders Knowledge of finance and budgeting processes to align HCM strategies with financial objectives Proficient problem-solving and organizational skills Highschool Diploma Experience in selling HCM or PEO is a must Experience in outside sales and advising on HCM software solutions is a mustExperience:
