Job Description

PLEASE NOTE- this is an "in-office" position located in Broadview Heights, OH. Only individuals who will reside within 25 miles of this location will be considered. We are not offering relocation assistance at this time. Position Overview Bridgeway Partners is seeking an organized, professional, and growth-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support the continued expansion of our company. As a 20-year-old organization with a strong foundation and ambitious plans to double revenue over the next five years, this position will play an important role in helping us attract, onboard, develop, and support exceptional people. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who wants exposure to multiple areas of business operations, recruiting, employee development, and company culture. The HR Coordinator will work closely with leadership and will have visibility into the operational and people-related functions that help drive a growing organization. This is not a highly siloed corporate HR role. It is a hands-on position within a growing entrepreneurial company where accountability, initiative, professionalism, and adaptability matter. Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Hiring Coordination Assist with recruiting activities including job postings, scheduling interviews, candidate communication, and interview coordination Maintain applicant tracking processes and hiring documentation Support leadership with sourcing and identifying prospective talent Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires Help ensure candidates and new employees experience a professional and organized hiring process Onboarding & Employee Support Facilitate new hire onboarding processes and orientation preparation Coordinate employee documentation, systems access, and training schedules Support employee engagement initiatives and company culture activities Assist employees with HR-related questions and administrative requests Help maintain employee files and HR records with confidentiality and accuracy Training & Development Coordinate internal training schedules and development programs Assist with maintaining training materials and onboarding resources Help track employee progress through onboarding and development milestones Support ongoing initiatives focused on employee growth and retention Office & Operational Coordination Help maintain a professional, organized, and high-quality office environment Coordinate with vendors, building-related services, and office suppliers Assist with company events, meetings, and internal operational projects Support leadership with administrative and organizational initiatives as needed HR Administration & Compliance Maintain accurate employee records and organizational documentation Assist with HR reporting, compliance tracking, and policy administration Support payroll and benefits administration processes as needed Help ensure consistency in HR procedures and communication Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field Strong organizational and communication skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Professional verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Strong sense of accountability and follow-through Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general business software Preferred Qualifications Internship or early professional experience in HR, recruiting, operations, administration, or customer service Experience coordinating schedules, meetings, or projects Familiarity with LinkedIn, recruiting platforms, or applicant tracking systems Interest in long-term career growth within operations, HR, or leadership Characteristics We Value We are looking for individuals who: Take ownership without needing constant direction Handle responsibility with professionalism and maturity Are coachable and eager to learn Thrive in environments with high expectations Communicate confidently and respectfully Care about creating a positive and professional workplace Can balance structure with adaptability Career Growth Opportunity This position is designed to grow with the company and offers significant long-term advancement potential for the right individual. This role will begin as an HR Coordinator with the opportunity to progressively take on additional responsibility as the company continues to expand. A successful individual may grow into positions such as: Human Resources Manager Director of Human Resources Director of Operations Chief of Staff As Bridgeway Partners works toward doubling revenue over the next five years, this position is expected to evolve alongside the organization.
