Utah Professional Dental is a growing dental organization committed to providing exceptional patient care across multiple locations in Utah. We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our team full-time. This role is essential in supporting recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and overall team management across our offices.Compensation:
$20-25/hour (depending on experience)Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment efforts including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for employees Support employee relations and assist with HR-related questions and concerns Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date Assist with scheduling, team communication, and internal coordination Help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Support management with staffing needs and performance follow-up Coordinate trainings and employee engagement initiativesRequirements:
Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, office management, or similar role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude Experience with hiring platforms such as Indeed is a plusBenefits:
