In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our human capital management efforts, ensuring seamless talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive workplace culture, support strategic planning, and enhance workforce management. This role will also support miscellaneous office tasks. Responsibilities Oversee employee evaluation cycles, performance management initiatives, and training & safety programs to promote continuous growth and compliance. Administer benefits programs and benefits documentation using platforms such as ADP, ensure accurate data entry and benefits communication. Maintain compliance with employment & labor law regulations, OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and affirmative action planning to uphold legal standards across all HR functions. Handle employee relations issues with tact and professionalism; facilitate conflict management sessions and support organizational change management efforts. Support Payroll Associate with time and attendance and timecard issues. Miscellaneous Office tasks, including but not limited to, order office supplies, event planning, DOT support, Fire safety, Environmental clean up service. Qualifications Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management principles. Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday Knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and affirmative action planning. Office management skills Strong organizational skills for data collection, data entry, contract management, and maintaining accurate HR records Ability to handle sensitive employee information confidentially while fostering a positive work environment through effective employee relations practices.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
