Job Description

Overview:
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing the TKC Team as it pertains to the implementation of TKC policies, hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations. The Human Resources Manager also oversees and manages the Human Resources Assistant.
Supervision:
The Human Resources Manager reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
List of Duties:
Recruiting / Hiring Assist managers on indeed with posting jobs, reviewing candidates, preliminary interviews Keep track of sponsored ad spending, and adjust postings appropriately Participate in local job fairs & job board postings Onboarding & Offboarding Stay informed of new team members and help with onboarding/orientation as needed. Initiate background checks when applicable Send "departing TKC email" if notice is provided and conduct exit interview when applicable Offboard in Toast Payroll, remove from email list, suspend email account and delete talkroute when applicable. Record Keeping Monthly audit of employee files and active/term employee list Maintain accurate record of incidents and complete OSHA reporting requirements when applicable Post annual Labor Laws posters & any required mid-year updates Facilitate and maintain documentation of employee complaints and counseling Maintain organization and access requirements for G-suite folders: TKC Employees & TKC Managers Distribute W-2s before IRS deadline Staff communication Create and issue Monthly employee newsletter Communicate pertinent policy updates, training requirements, employee engagement activities, etc. via email Prepare agendas and send reminders for monthly directors meeting & quarterly management trainings Performance management Facilitate performance reviews Disciplinary actions Advise managers in regard to employee issues Assist with disciplinary conversations and issuing counseling notices, PIPs, critical conversations. Conduct HR investigations as needed Provide on-call assistance for sensitive or emergency circumstances Training Facilitate required training: harassment, CPR, etc. Provide safety resources and reminders Work with managers to maintain SOP library Create necessary SOPs for HR tasks Develop and conduct quarterly manager trainings with
GM & COO
Rewards & Engagement Review Castle Cash requests and adjust as needed Log employee referrals & track bonuses due
EOM & MOQ
Facilitate voting process, announce winners, and issue rewards Plan and execute quarterly employee events Schedule with events team, purchase food & supplies, recruit help from other departments as needed Setup, facilitate, and clean up event Orders Order supplies and maintain backstock Order name tags Communicate polo, pen, notepad needs to COO Submit any payroll deductions to GM for employee replacement orders (nametags, polos, etc) Talkroute updates Add extensions and voicemails as needed Maintain current list of extensions for phone operators and managers Adjust talkroute schedules, voicemail messages as needed Employee Engagement Employee Events Plan & execute multiple employee events Plan, source supplies & assistance, set-up, facilitate event, clean up Management of HR Assistant Oversee duties including: onboarding/orientation, file management, weekly flash bulletin, castle cash, and other miscellaneous duties. $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
