Human Resources Manager

Harbin Hot Springs is looking to hire a Human Resources Manager. The Hot Springs is a non-profit clothing optional hot springs retreat located in Middletown Ca. The ideal candidate for this position would have strong interpersonal skills and boundaries, excellent organizational practices, an ability to provide a compassionate ear and to hold balance between many competing forces. Competency with Microsoft work and Excel is also recommended. The starting wage is $21.00-22.00 per hour based on experience.

Duties would include:

Responding to telephone and email correspondence, recruiting, screening, scheduling & conducting various stages of hiring, maintaining employee records, assisting managers and employees in conflict resolution, maintaining employee confidence and confidentially, research HR issues, follow up with workers comp claims with insurance providers and participating in weekly Manager's meetings
