In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily office functions, manage human resources processes, coordinate vendor relationships, and support team development. Duties Manage day-to-day office operations, including front desk responsibilities, multi-line phone systems, and calendar management to ensure efficient scheduling and communication. Oversee human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, payroll processing, and benefits administration. Coordinate vendor relationships, including service providers, supply vendors, and maintenance contractors to ensure timely delivery and quality service. Plan and execute company events, meetings, and training sessions to promote team engagement and professional development. Supervise administrative staff and support team management by providing guidance on clerical tasks like filing, bookkeeping, and office organization. Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills. Supervising experience with the ability to lead teams effectively. Proficiency in Paycor for payroll and bookkeeping tasks; familiarity with other HR software is a plus. Knowledge of human resources practices including hiring processes, employee records management, and payroll administration. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong clerical skills including filing systems, front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and general office procedures.
