In this energetic role, you will lead initiatives in human capital management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration. Your expertise will help shape a positive workplace culture, streamline HR processes, and ensure compliance with employment and labor laws. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply strategic planning, change management, and HRIS systems to foster growth and engagement across the organization. Duties Guiding new hires, maintaining accurate employee records, tracking employee changes and supporting payroll reviews. Administer health, life, and retirement plans, explaining benefits to employees, and ensuring timely updates and compliance. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law standards, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation policies, process wage orders and garnishments. Facilitate employee relations by addressing conflicts promptly through effective conflict management strategies and fostering open communication channels. Support organizational design efforts by assisting with workforce management, succession planning, and change management initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management practices. Knowledge of employment & labor laws, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning. Demonstrated ability in project management, organizational design, and strategic planning within HR functions. Proficiency with HRIS systems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle employee relations effectively and manage conflict resolution. Strong administrative skills including data entry, data collection, contracts management, and social media management for employer branding efforts.
