Company Overview Hiram Shaddox Health and Rehab is the premier provider of short-term transitional and long-term care services in Mountain Home, Arkansas. We are dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to our community and fostering a supportive environment for our staff. Overview We are seeking an energetic and strategic Personnel Director to lead our human resources initiatives, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with employment laws. This vital leadership role involves shaping our workforce strategies, managing HR operations, and partnering with senior leadership to drive organizational success. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and organizational design. Oversee employee relations, conflict management, and employee evaluation processes to foster a positive workplace culture. Manage benefits administration, payroll processing through systems such as Paychex, Workday, or ADP, and ensure compliance with FMLA, OSHA, workers' compensation, and other employment laws. Lead training and development programs to enhance staff skills and support performance management initiatives. Supervise HR sourcing activities including recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and employee orientation. Utilize HRIS platforms like Kronos, UltiPro, Taleo, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM for data collection, analysis, reporting, and process improvement. Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning projects related to human capital management and change management. Qualifications Proven experience in supervising HR teams and managing human resources functions within a healthcare or similar setting. Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation policies, and benefits administration. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with effective communication and presentation abilities. Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR program management. Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Paychex, Workday, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro or equivalent platforms like Taleo or SAP SuccessFactors. Ability to analyze data for strategic decision-making and process improvement initiatives. Must have 5 years in Human Resources Management or related field; advanced certifications preferred.
