On-site Job Description The Impact You'll Make Primary function is to cut, coil, wind, package, and label according to standards and customer specifications. This is a 3rd Shift position. What You'll Be Doing Support Cut & Coil operations by performing required service functions and assisting other operators as needed to maintain production flexibility. Conduct daily equipment inspections, including hoist checks at the beginning of each shift and inspection of hose guides for defects or sharp edges. Perform final hose quality inspections, including measuring inside diameter (I.D.) and outside diameter (O.D.) to ensure specifications are met. Follow job card instructions, special work requirements, and partial rack database procedures while completing all required documentation. Accurately record and enter production quantities into the computer system and maintain production records. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and consistently adhere to all safety and quality standards.
