Full Job Description Location:
San Jose, 95131 About the Company Han's Laser is a global leader in industrial laser technology and intelligent manufacturing solutions. Founded in 1996, the company develops and manufactures advanced laser equipment, automation systems, and precision manufacturing solutions serving industries including electronics, semiconductors, automotive, new energy, medical devices, and consumer products.
Key Responsibilities Customer Needs Analysis & Solution Development:
Engage with key international customers and sales teams to understand customer applications, technical requirements, and technology roadmaps for Co-Packaged Optics (CPO) . Develop customized optical interconnect solutions that meet customer needs and international standards. Conduct competitive analysis and clearly communicate the advantages of our CPO products in areas such as cost, transmission performance, reliability, and total cost of ownership.
Technical Presentations & Commercial Support:
Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations during customer meetings, technical workshops, and international trade shows. Provide technical consultation, evaluate project feasibility, and support the sales team throughout commercial negotiations, technical agreements, and contract execution.
Business Development:
Conduct market research and develop new business opportunities in assigned overseas regions, including North America, Europe, Japan, and South Korea. Build and manage distributor networks and key customer relationships. Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitive activities to support product planning and sales strategy. Represent the company at international exhibitions and marketing events to strengthen brand awareness.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Optical Engineering, Photonics, Materials Science, Physics , or a related technical discipline.
Language Skills:
Professional-level English with the ability to conduct business communication, technical discussions, negotiations, and written correspondence. Proficiency in a second language (Japanese, Korean, German, etc.) is a plus.
Technical & Industry Experience:
Experience in Co-Packaged Optics (CPO), optical interconnect, silicon photonics, or related industries , with a background in R D, product marketing, technical sales, or business development. Candidates with R D management experience at a leading industry company are strongly preferred. Familiarity with local trade policies, regulations, and business practices in overseas markets is required.

Highly resourceful with strong independent problem-solving skills and the ability to leverage local resources to resolve technical and commercial challenges. Demonstrates adaptability in cross-cultural environments, and has long-term career stability.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
