$185,000•$205,000 per year Job Details•We are seeking a bold, strategic, and highly influential Head of Human Resources to serve as a key member of the leadership team and trusted advisor to the President and executive leadership. This is not a traditional HR leadership role. We are looking for a transformational HR executive who can drive organizational change, challenge conventional thinking, influence business strategy, and help position the company for continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a strategic business partner to the President and executive leadership team. Lead and develop the HR function, including a team of HR professionals and safety personnel. Drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent strategy, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives. Lead change management efforts, organizational restructures, and business transformation projects. Challenge leadership thinking and provide candid, business-focused recommendations that support company growth and performance. Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and results. Partner with leaders to identify organizational gaps and implement solutions that improve performance and scalability. Develop and execute initiatives that attract, retain, and develop top talent. Drive recruiting strategy and workforce planning to meet current and future business needs.
Required Experience:
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience. Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, construction, or similar operational environments. Experience leading HR teams and developing HR professionals. Experience supporting organizations with 150-200+ employees. Demonstrated success partnering directly with executive leadership and influencing business strategy. Proven track record leading organizational change, restructuring, culture transformation, or high-growth initiatives.
