$$150,000 to $$170,000 per Year Centurion is currently seeking a Governance Lead to join their team. The Governance Lead will establish and manage governance structures, operating procedures, and accountability mechanisms that enable consistent execution, data stewardship, enterprise alignment, and leadership decision-making. Key Responsibilities Establish governance frameworks, charters, and decision-rights structures Define data ownership, stewardship, accountability, and escalation procedures Facilitate executive governance boards, working groups, and leadership reviews Develop policies, standards, and reporting processes Monitor compliance with governance standards and organizational objectives Support enterprise performance measurement and initiative tracking Coordinate risk management and issue resolution activities Required Qualifications 8+ years supporting governance, strategic planning, enterprise operations, or performance improvement efforts
ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE
Experience facilitating executive-level governance forums Strong knowledge of organizational performance management and accountability frameworks Preferred Qualifications Navy or DoD experience Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or governance-related certifications
