Duties Help As Office Director, the incumbent serves as a key advisor to the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Human Resources and other senior officials on Civil Service human resources policies and programs. The Director provides executive leadership and direction for CSTM's divisions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services and the effective implemention of Department-wide HR initiives and process reforms. The incumbent manages an HR Accountability Program to assess the overall delivery of HR management services and adherence to merit principles.
