Monday to Friday On-call responsibilities & Occasional weekends as needed
Job Summary:
Seeking a dynamic Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) to provide both clinical leadership and administrative oversigh. This role combines direct patient care with strategic leadership, ensuring high-quality clinical services, regulatory compliance, and efficient operational performance.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care and oversee clinical services across O&P clinics Supervise and mentor clinical staff, ensuring adherence to best practices Develop, implement, and review clinical protocols and performance standards Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including OSHA and HIPAA Oversee clinician scheduling, workflow planning, and productivity benchmarks Address and resolve complex patient concerns and complaints Collaborate with executive leadership to support organizational goals Maintain relationships with hospitals, providers, and external partners
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree is preferred. Around 2-3 years of experience in Orthotics & Prosthetics is required Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and aseptic techniques preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage both clinical and administrative responsibilities effectively
