Work Shift The Administrative Fellow responsibilities include rotating through different system departments and facilities, professional development, meeting attendance/facilitation and management of projects and initiatives. Fellow reports directly to a preceptor that is in a senior management, hospital-level position. The position is to provide healthcare system management and healthcare administration training and leadership. It aims to both foster the development of individuals committed to a career in healthcare administration and serve as a project and leadership resources to the organization. The position provides practical experience through direct exposure and active participation in a variety of healthcare administration management and leadership activities in preparation for future leadership opportunities within the WellStar System.
