Oversee human resources operations, HRIS management, employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, rewards & recognition programs, and employee engagement. Ensure that the credit union's workforce strategy, employee experience, and HR functions align seamlessly with business objectives. Foster a high-performance, engaged, and a mission-driven workforce. In collaboration with Organizational Development, Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness, and Culture, ensure a comprehensive and people-centered approach to workforce management, and balance operational effectiveness with a strong workplace culture. Responsibilities Human Resource Strategy & Operations Oversee all HR functions, ensuring policies, processes, and programs align with business and workforce needs. Drive HR compliance and regulatory adherence while reinforcing a culture of trust and transparency. Partner with leadership to develop scalable workforce strategies, ensuring HR programs proactively support organizational growth. HRIS Management & Workforce Analytics Lead HRIS strategy, implementation, and optimization, ensuring seamless data management and reporting. Leverage workforce analytics to inform talent decisions, employee engagement strategies, and operational efficiency improvements. Ensure systems integration and user experience align with strategic objectives. Compensation & Employee Rewards Design and oversee compensation strategies, ensuring competitive, equitable, and performance-driven pay structures. Lead employee rewards and recognition programs, fostering engagement, motivation, and workplace appreciation. Conduct market benchmarking, ensuring compensation remains aligned with industry standards and organizational priorities. Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition & Engagement Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. Oversee employee relations programs, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture while managing conflict resolution effectively. Strengthen onboarding and retention initiatives, ensuring a seamless employee experience that aligns with credit union values. Frequent prolonged meetings. Traveling to various branches on occasion. Reaching, bending, twisting, turning on occasion. Lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying up to 30 pounds on occasion. This pay reflects the compensation we reasonably expect to offer for this role based on typical qualifications and market data. Offered pay may vary depending on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
