Salary:
$140,000-$180,000 + bonus
Schedule:
5 days onsite in Boston Key Responsibilities Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives Lead talent acquisition efforts, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building programs Manage performance management, coaching, and leadership development initiatives Oversee compensation, benefits, and rewards programs Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and best practices Lead employee relations matters and provide guidance to managers Develop and improve HR systems, processes, and reporting capabilities Manage HR budgets and vendor relationships Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility Experience supporting professional services, real estate, investment, or asset management organizations preferred Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and talent management Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive organizational change Excellent communication and leadership skills Compensation & Benefits $140,000-$180,000 base salary Performance-based bonus opportunity Comprehensive benefits package High-visibility leadership role with executive exposure Opportunity to impact a growing and highly successful organization #LI-JK3 #
