Your Mission:
Provide overall strategic HR leadership to Little Caesars and related food companies. Oversee the creation, governance, and execution of enterprise-wide human resource strategies, policies, programs, and services, including compensation, leadership development, recruitment, selection, retention, succession planning, legal compliance, performance management, colleague relations, employment practices and procedures, and colleague events. Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team, providing strategic counsel on organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, enterprise risk, and culture. Impact:
HR Strategic Planning and Governance. Develop and execute enterprise HR strategies aligned with business objectives; participate in and support enterprise strategic planning and long-range workforce planning. Talent Acquisition and Workforce Strategy. Provide executive oversight of recruiting strategies to ensure timely and effective acquisition of talent aligned with business needs. Culture and Performance. Champion a high-performance, high-engagement culture across the enterprise; establish governance mechanisms to assess, monitor, and continuously improve colleague engagement and performance. Compensation, Payroll and Rewards. In coordination with Ilitch Holdings HR, provide executive direction and guidance for compensation strategies and programs, including bonus programs and target incentives; ensure alignment with market practices, pay-for-performance philosophy, benefit offerings and enterprise payroll objectives. Serve as fiduciary on Ilitch Companies 401(k) Governing Committee and Ilitch Companies Executive Benefit Governing Committee. Leadership and Succession. Establish and govern enterprise leadership development and succession planning frameworks to ensure sustainable bench strength for critical roles. Compliance and Risk Management. In coordination with Little Caesars Legal department and Ilitch Holdings Risk Management department, provide guidance and support on employment law compliance and human capital risk; advise senior leadership on regulatory requirements and emerging employment risks affecting the enterprise. Crisis Management and Emergency Preparedness. Provide executive oversight of Site Emergency Action Plans and the Incident Management Team, ensuring enterprise readiness, governance, and coordinated response to crisis situations. Loss Prevention and Safety Leadership. Provide executive leadership and strategic oversight for the loss prevention and safety function, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk management, colleague safety, and operational resilience. Employee Relations. Oversee enterprise employee relations. strategy; ensure appropriate investigation, resolution, and governance of sensitive colleague matters and external agency complaints. Performance Management. Govern the enterprise pe1rformance management framework; coach senior leaders on performance, talent decisions, and organizational effectiveness. Organization Design and Budgeting. Oversee organizational design, workforce planning, and enterprise-wide annual headcount budgeting, as well as HR and related department budgets, to ensure resources are aligned with enterprise priorities. Other Duties. Perform additional duties consistent with the scope and accountability of a Global VP, Human Resources role.
Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred; senior HR certification (SPHR/GPHR) strongly preferred. Minimum of 15-20 years of progressive HR responsibilities and minimum of 5 years in a senior human resources leadership role within complex, multi-entity organizations. Enterprise Leadership. Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and Boards. Regulatory Expertise. Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local employment and labor laws. Analytical and Strategic Skills. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Communication. Executive-level written, verbal, and presentation skills. Leadership. Proven ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing, cross-functional leadership teams. Business Acumen. Strong understanding of financial, operational, and enterprise risk considerations. Travel. Ability to travel as required in accordance with company policy, including valid passport.
Where You'll Work:
Hybrid office work environment based in Detroit and occasional restaurant, distribution center and bakery visits.
