Minnesota , Minneapolis Job Description Structural Steel Erection Project Executive We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead and oversee large-scale structural steel erection projects. This role is ideal for a high-level leader with a proven track record delivering complex, high-tonnage projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide executive oversight on multiple structural steel erection projects Lead project teams including project managers, superintendents, and field staff Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget Oversee scheduling, manpower planning, and resource allocation Maintain strong relationships with general contractors, owners, and key stakeholders Drive project strategy, risk management, and problem resolution Support business development and help secure new high-profile projects

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in structural steel erection required Proven success delivering large, complex, or high-tonnage projects (data centers, stadiums, convention centers, distribution centers, etc.) Strong leadership and team management experience Deep understanding of field operations, sequencing, and erection methods Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously Excellent communication and client-facing skills
