Human Resource Director

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead all HR functions for a community bank of approximately 100 employees. This is a leadership role requiring both strategic leadership and hands-on execution in a regulated environment. This is not an entry-level position. Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, culture, and organizational effectiveness
• Lead HR functions including employee relations, compliance, recruitment, compensation, and benefits
• Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Manage employee relations matters and investigations
• Support audits, reporting, and policy development Requirements
• 5•10+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibility required•Direct or supervisory payroll experience required•Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices•Banking or financial services experience preferred•Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required; Master's degree preferred; HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)
