York Office - Private Equity/M&A Mid-Level Associate Winston & Strawn LLP United States, York, York 200 Park Avenue (Show on map) Aug 25, 2026 Winston Tyalor's York office is looking for a corporate associate to join our private equity and mergers and acquisitions group. Candidates should have at least three years of M&A and/or private equity transactional experience in the corporate department of a top-tier law firm. Ideal candidates will have experience representing financial sponsors and strategic buyers/sellers in connection with leveraged buyouts, sell-side transactions, growth equity and minority investments, and related strategic transactions.
