In this role, you will join Lutron's global Human Resources team, delivering strategic HR leadership, insight, and support across the organization. You will directly lead, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals while serving as a key partner to Engineering leadership. As a trusted advisor, you will balance long-term strategic thinking with hands-on execution, exercising sound judgment and discretion in navigating sensitive and complex situations. This position calls for a proactive, business-savvy leader who can effectively influence senior stakeholders, operate within complex organizational environments, and drive meaningful change. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening organizational capability, enhancing employee experience, and advancing Lutron's culture and employer brand. In addition, you will drive talent acquisition, employee growth and development, engagement, and performance capability—ensuring the organization is positioned to deliver strong business results. Responsibilities Partner with Lutron Engineering leadership to anticipate organizational needs and provide strategic HR guidance. Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals by providing clear direction, performance feedback, and career development. Build strong, trust-based relationships with leaders and stakeholders across a matrixed organization to drive alignment and results. Attract, hire, and develop top talent, ensuring fair treatment and growth to full potential. Lead talent reviews and succession planning to build a strong Engineering leadership pipeline.
