Job Description

Ready to take the next step into a leadership-track role while staying connected to the bedside? UPMC St. Margaret is hiring a full-time Clinician to join our 5A Oncology team, a unit known for delivering high-quality care in a stroke-designated, chemo-certified environment. This role offers a mix of two 12-hour and two 8-hour shifts, primarily daylight (7a-3p and 7a-7p). The position follows a 70/30 split, giving you the opportunity to stay hands-on at the bedside while also supporting leadership responsibilities. You'll serve as a clinical leader on the unit, supporting staff, driving best practices, and partnering with leadership to enhance patient outcomes. Expectations include one weekend per month in staffing and one weekend providing leadership coverage.
