Job Summary:

We are recruiting for a Marketing Enablement Associate opportunity supporting the build-out of targeted marketing messaging within a customer decisioning environment. Our team is looking for a business-focused professional who can help translate defined requirements into accurate, high-quality campaign logic while working closely with Product, Marketing, Technology, and delivery teams.

Responsibilities:

Interpret business requirements and develop business rule logic to support targeted marketing campaigns. Provide consultation and coordination across Product, Marketing, Technology, and delivery channels to support deployment of new marketing creatives. Perform quality control checks on developed logic and support work across Test, QA, and Production environments. Manage multiple priorities, assist lower-level analysts, and help ensure target deadlines are met.

Required:

Experience with customer decisioning or real-time interaction management software such as Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH). Pega Decisioning Consultant Certification required. Understanding of a Test/QA/Production environment structure. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with senior leaders, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders. Interest in marketing technology. University or college degree, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
