As a Sr. People Partner, you will be a strategic partner to the CEO and you will play a crucial role in aligning our human resources strategies with our overall business objectives. You will also serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our leadership team, providing expert guidance on all people-related matters. Your deep understanding of HR best practices, coupled with your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, will enable you to build strong relationships and drive positive organizational outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Support in designing HR Programs that will establish the company as an employer-of-choice. Lead diversity, equity & inclusion program and promote DE&I initiatives throughout the business. Provide input for strategic staffing decisions and organizational structure updates. Develop and implement employee development strategies which foster a culture of learning. Provide direct HR operational support to employees on a day-to-day basis. Support in tactical execution of on-boarding, performance management, training, succession planning and off-boarding. Work in our HCM and payroll systems, to manage employee changes and reporting. Utilize reporting and data to drive impactful business decisions Work towards determining automation and using AI to support transactional HR activity Partner with our benefit broker to handle benefit changes and manage the open enrollment process. Process employee on-boarding and off-boarding procedures which ensure compliance with all state and federal laws; maintain accurate personnel records for active employees Partner with stakeholders to provide data collection and analysis for larger statutory reporting and initiatives Plan team-building events and promote employee connection in a remote environment. Manage workers compensation reporting and partner with HSE to lead safety initiatives and complete OSHA log. Research and conduct employee investigations and develop solutions to complex issues in coordination with the legal partners and compliance with corporate guidelines. Manage talent acquisition, working with our provider to support managers in pipeline and interviews Support People Leads with performance management and identify opportunities to develop leadership skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree 3 or more years of broad human resources experience. Understanding of State and Federal employment law. Previous experience working in an HCM system. Excellent written and verbal skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly. Tactical and strategic in nature. Ability to manage shifting prioriti
