None Description General Summary:
The Vice President is responsible for overseeing and executing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the organizations goals and objectives. The Vice President will function as a strategic partner to leadership and play a critical role in fostering a positive and productive workplace environment. This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with four days per week in the office and one day per week working remotely.
Essential Job Functions:
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company business objectives. Analyze workforce trends and provide data-driven recommendations to improve talent acquisition, retention, and engagement. Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent. Develop and implement succession planning and career development initiatives. Serve as a trusted advisor to employes and managers, addressing workplace concerns and resolving conflicts effectively. Advise senior management on HR-related issues and provide strategic input on organizational design and workforce planning. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employee relations strategies. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Manage competitive compensation and benefits programs. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures. Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Perform related duties as assigned.
Requirements Employment Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or an equivalent field of study required. Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
15+ years of professional human resources experience demonstrated knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the job. 5+ years of experience within a global organization.
Licenses/Certifications:
PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP
preferred.
Skills/Competencies:
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows 10/11, HRIS software (preferably Workday), recruiting and online applicant tracking systems. Strategic thinking with hands-on approach to execution. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Supervisory skills required.
