This role is vital in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving organizational success through effective talent management. The ideal candidate will be energized by building strong employee relations, implementing innovative HR strategies, and supporting leadership development. You will serve as a key partner to senior leadership, guiding HR initiatives that align with our company's goals and values. Duties Lead talent acquisition efforts by developing sourcing strategies, managing recruiting processes, and overseeing onboarding programs to attract top talent. Supervise HR teams in delivering comprehensive employee orientation, training & development programs, and performance management systems. Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting misconduct investigations, and facilitating effective communication between staff and management. Oversee benefits administration, payroll processing, and compliance with employment laws such as FMLA, Workers' Compensation, and EEO regulations. Develop and implement organization design initiatives, succession planning strategies, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Utilize HR systems like HRIS (Human Resources Information System), Oracle
HCM, SAP
SuccessFactors, or UltiPro for data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform strategic decision-making. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information while managing HR legal compliance and regulatory reporting requirements. Experience Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and program management. Supervising experience leading HR teams or departments with a track record of strategic planning and team leadership. Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, HR legal compliance, and employee misconduct investigations. Demonstrated ability in managing HR systems such as Dayforce, Kronos, Taleo, or PeopleSoft for payroll processing and data analysis. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences. Experience handling benefits administration, compensation programs including Workers' Compensation claims, and employee evaluation processes. Familiarity with change management practices and process improvement methodologies to optimize human resources functions.
