Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support people strategy and day-to-day human resources operations for an organization in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, helping strengthen workplace practices, improve employee experience, and align HR initiatives with business needs. The ideal candidate brings a balanced background in employee relations, HR administration, benefits support, and systems knowledge, with the ability to contribute both strategically and operationally.
Responsibilities:
  • Advise managers and employees on workplace matters, resolving concerns with sound judgment and a consistent approach to employee relations.
  • Oversee core HR administrative activities, ensuring records, documentation, and personnel processes are accurate, organized, and compliant.
  • Support benefits-related processes by assisting with employee questions, enrollment activities, and coordination with internal or external partners.
  • Maintain and utilize HRIS tools to manage employee data, generate reports, and improve the efficiency of HR workflows.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
  • Analyze HR trends and operational needs to recommend practical solutions that strengthen policies, processes, and team effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the implementation and communication of HR programs, policies, and initiatives across the organization.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure HR services are delivered professionally and in alignment with business priorities.
