This role ensures accurate data entry, provides guidance on available benefit options, and delivers excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities Guide employees/clients through the benefits enrollment process (health, dental, vision, retirement, etc.) Explain plan options, coverage details, and eligibility requirements in a clear and professional manner Process enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately in payroll and benefits systems Verify and maintain accurate employee benefits records Assist with open enrollment periods, including communication and follow-ups Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person regarding benefits plans and claims Coordinate with insurance carriers and internal HR teams to resolve issues Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information Generate reports and track enrollment metrics as needed Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to explain complex information in a simple, understandable way Strong organizational and time management skills Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma Knowledge of benefits plans (health insurance, COBRA, 401(k), etc.) Familiarity with relevant regulations (ACA, HIPAA, ERISA) Bilingual abilities (if applicable to workforce needs) Expectations In Office 18/hr wq7JWcLU2C
